Because our system is a cloud service, users can browse and input data using various devices, even while traveling or conducting home-visits.
Our system can be used anytime and anywhere as long as there’s an internet connection. With our cloud service, the customer does not need to suffer any cost or burden related to server upgrades or version upgrades resulting from revisions to the law.
Once information on scheduling, staffing, and service rendered are input into the system, NHIF, health insurance, and care recipient billing output can be generated and staff salaries can also be linked in via the home-visit care system.
The need for the same data to be input two or three times is eliminated.

Staff and care recipient schedules can be managed, and when a sudden change in schedule arises, staff available to fill in the gap in coverage can be quickly identified. The system facilitates efficient staffing that goes beyond simply considering the distance between facilities and care recipient homes.

With the home-visit elderly care system, data on services rendered by each staff member is compiled and salary can be calculated according to parameters defined by the company. And being able to perform aggregate calculations across facilities is convenient for companies with multiple locations.

【Scenario 2】
Home-visit helpers

Today’s visit schedule can be checked at a glance with the home-visit care record function for mobile devices. Checking the schedule immediately after the services have been rendered (while still at the care recipient’s home) reduces lapses in service due to careless mistakes and allows the home-visit report to be completed on the spot. This leads to cost reductions including money saved from going paperless, and this also results in a higher level of care.

Our system supports each type of insurance claim document, including elderly care insurance claims and health insurance claims.

Various forms can be easily and chronologically managed for each care recipient. Supported forms include home visit nursing instructions, home visit nursing plans, “home visit nursing records (I) and (II)”, home visit nursing reports, and home visit nursing information provision documents.

Attaching photo data to the “home visit nursing record II” form (such as pictures of ulcers, joint deformities, and incisions) allows changes in medical conditions to be recorded in detail and aids doctors in examining the patient appropriately.

Home visit rehabilitation

Managing each care recipient’s care schedule with Kanamic’s system allows the operational workload to be reduced.

Simply input the schedule item, allocate staffing, and record services rendered. From there, data to be submitted to the National Health Insurance Federation is generated and insurance claims are issued. The need for double or triple data entry is eliminated. Additionally, our system is packed with a plethora of other useful functions such as billing management and attendance management.

Once information on services rendered is recorded, the system makes it easy to manage care recipient copayment, bank account wire transfers, employee attendance, and receivables, etc. efficiently. Calculation of prorated payments related to nursing care prevention services is also supported.

Once the care recipient’s address is registered, the system displays an internet map, which allows for minute designations (i.e.: alleys and parking locations).
