Even when busy making rounds, the cloud-based system allows system users to make inputs to “Record Book II” on-the-go (using a tablet device).

Photograph data taken with mobile devices, depicting the state of ulcers, deformation of joints, and the state of incisions can also be attached to the record, allowing changes in medical condition to be recorded in detail. This information facilitates increased cooperation with doctors and other service providers, and facilitates accuracy of medical examinations.

It is also possible to access written orders and “record I” on the go to confirm the care recipient’s status.
